While women’s role in business, politics, science, and many male-oriented industries has steadily improved, inequality and gender stereotypes still exist and changes must be ongoing to provide equal opportunities for leaders of both genders to excel. As you reflect on module eight, the readings, videos, and assignments, what stood out for you? In your organization, either past or present, do you believe women were given equal opportunity to advance? What gender stereotypes may unintentionally exist within your organization? What are some ways organizations could address their practices to alleviate gender stereotypes?

Tough a lot of improvement has been made in the field of gender equality in various parts of our lives yet there still exists the stereotype and discrimination in several areas. In the bias assessment, I was myself shocked to know that I too was biased and thought women to be less powerful than men which actually lied in my deep concise.
